What is the Shopping Engine?
Valet's innovative new Shopping Engine is an immersive way to browse, compare and buy from hundreds of brands and stores in an easy-to-use interface. Stocked with products curated by Valet's editorial team from the best men's shops around the world and the web. To get started, select a category from the menu on the left and the products are then displayed. Choose an item, and a tab slides open with all the information you'd want—from the materials and fit to where it was made. To purchase, click the green button and buy directly from the source. To continue browsing, click on any item from the scrolling column to the left.
Where do these products come from?
The Shopping Engine is stocked with products that Valet's editorial team tracks down from the best men's shops and brands. We aim to include the greatest selection and price for any item, so shops that offer the lowest price and discounts on shipping will be featured before others. If a particular store or brand has a wide selection of goods that would be perfect for the Shopping Engine, we'll partner with them to gain deeper access to their listings and bring attention to their great product selection.

Who will ship the products I buy?
When you click to buy an item from the Shopping Engine, you'll be taken to the listed shop or brand website to complete your purchase. There you can select your size, arrange for shipping and ask any specific questions you may have about the item. Your shipped good will come directly from the source.
How do I return an item?
Once your items are received, locate the packaging slip within your box. This will detail how to return an item.
Who do I contact if I have questions about a product?
Please reach out to the shop or brand that is listed with each product within the Shopping Engine—identified by their logo underneath the green buy button on the product listing page.
